Huawei LUNA2000-241-2S1 – energy storage system for next-generation commercial solar power plants

The system allows for the storage of excess solar power and its use during peak demand periods or grid outages.

The solution is based on lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) technology, ensuring high safety, operational stability, and a long service life. The system’s modular architecture allows for scaling the storage capacity to meet the needs of the facility.

The system is fully integrated with Huawei inverters and software ecosystem, providing intelligent energy management, solar power plant optimization, and power supply stability.

Standard warranty: 2 years from date of shipment or 180 days after connection to the FusionSolar SmartPVMS monitoring system, whichever comes later.

Extended Warranty: An extended warranty of up to 15 years is available when connected to FusionSolar SmartPVMS and the system operates continuously for more than 6 months without interruption.

Despite its virtually identical appearance, the LUNA2000-241-2S1 is a newer and more powerful version of the LUNA2000-215-2S10 system. The increase in capacity from 215 kWh to 241 kWh provides approximately 12% more energy storage.

The 241-2S1 model uses an advanced battery management system:

  • more precise cell balancing
  • more efficient temperature control
  • improved battery health diagnostics

This increases battery life and system stability.
